  1. Copyright and Ownership of Materials: All materials, content and intellectual property found on this website, in seminars and presentations and in associated workbooks are property of Michael Hitchcock and are protected by copyright laws, unauthorized  reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.  By using this website or attending a presentation or seminar you agree to respect these copyright protections.
     

  2. Personal use of seminar content and workbooks: The content provided in our presentations, seminars, on-line sessions , and associated workbooks are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or use this material for any other purpose without explicit written permission from Michael Hitchcock. 
     

  3. Recording Restrictions: Recording whether audio, video, or otherwise of any presentation, seminar whether on-line or live – is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the contents and the privacy of participants. 
     

  4. Attendee Policy: If you are unable to attend a seminar or on-line bootcamp or any other scheduled event, we will gladly grant you a spot at our next upcoming event. This courtesy is extended to provide flexibility for unforeseen circumstances. Refund for missed events are not offered unless you qualify under our refund policy.
     

  5. Refund Policy: Sales Power offers a full refund if you cancel your booking within 5(Five) working days after payment, provided Sales Power receives the cancellation request in writing within the 5(Five) working day window. After the 5(Five) working day  window has lapsed no refund will be provided. However, you will be granted a spot at our next upcoming event to make sure you don’t miss out on the training experience. To effectively manage bookings and to ensure proper planning for in-house presentations and seminars, whether on-line or live, a 50(Fifty)percent deposit is required at least 7(Seven) working days prior to the event, to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid in full 24 hours before the event takes place and must be accompanied by an email proof of payment. If the booking is cancelled after the 5(Five) day cooling off period ,no refunds will be issued, however, a new mutually agreed date can be arranged, provided the training takes place within 90(Ninety)days from the original booked date. No refund will be given after the 90(ninety) days have lapsed. This policy ensures smooth logistics and maintains a professional commitment to delivering high quality training sessions.
     

  6. Seminar Scheduling and Participation Requirements: Sales Power retains the right to cancel and rearrange a planned seminar If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required threshold. 
     

  7. Protection of Personal Information: We are committed to safeguard the personal information you provide us. Any personal information collected through this website during registrations, enquiries or at events will be securely stored and used solely for the purposes of providing you with our services and improving your experience. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party, unless required by law. 
     

  8. Disclaimer: The information provided on this website and in our presentations and seminars is for educational and informational purposes only. Sales Power does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, or sustainability of the content for your specific needs.
